Return Policy

At ChainGPT, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom-made nature of our products, which are only made once you order, we can only accept returns for damaged or failed items.

1. Return Conditions:

  • All sales are final due to the nature of customer orders for our products. Only product defects can be requested to be returned. Proof of defect will be required.
  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

2. Process for Returns:

  • Initiate a Return: Email us at merch@chaingpt.org with your order number and the reason for the return. Please attach any images or documentation to help us determine the issue.
  • Approval: If approved, you will receive a return merchandise authorization ( RMA) and instructions on returning the item.
  • Shipping: Return shipping will be covered by ChainGPT for defective items.

3. Refunds:

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the defective product.
